The program allows you to create multiple ARJ volumes out of any file you select. It also allows you to re-join multiple ARJ Volumes. It is a front end for the ARJ archiver.

What it won't do?
It won't act as a full shell for the arj program. It only access the volume function.
When it calls the ARJ archiver.
